Paul L. Feldman

Paul L. Feldman, a founding partner of the Firm, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (1976) and an M.B.A. (1979) from Temple University, as well as a J.D. (1984, cum laude) and a Masters of Laws in Taxation (1987) from Temple University Law School. Prior to founding Feldman and Feldman, LLP in 1988, he practiced with the Philadelphia firm of Cohen, Shapiro, Polisher, Shiekman & in the Trusts and Estates department.

Paul previously served on the Executive Committee of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and chaired an ad hoc committee on guardianship practice in Philadelphia County. He formerly served as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, as well as on the National Board of the Alzheimer’s Association, where he was the vice-chair of the Task Force on Affiliation. He is also a past vice-president and treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Association of Adults with Developmental Disabilities and a former member of the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Mental Retardation Committee. Paul previously taught as an adjunct professor in the L.L.M. program in Taxation at Temple University School of Law.

He currently serves on a Panel of Mediators for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Lawyer Dispute Resolution Program and as a volunteer for the Support Center for Child Advocates and the Philadelphia Volunteers Indigent Program. Paul is a frequent lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania’s annual Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) Caregiver Conference and to Alzheimer’s support groups and other non-profit groups on topics related to special needs trusts, financial and legal planning for the elderly and for persons with disabilities.

Paul is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States Tax Court.
