Bess M. Collier is an associate at Feldman & Feldman. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced civil rights and commercial litigation and she served as a staff attorney with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania (2000 Cum Laude). Bess received her JD (2003 Cum Laude) and LLM (2015) in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
